Downstairs

As you enter the front door through the entrance hall you cannot help but notice the magnificent views of Hartbeespoort Dam.

The open plan lounbe and large built in English pub are both tiled throughout. A 7m sliding door opens onto a large patio and wooden deck, which is ideal for entertaining.

Behind the pub is a wine cellar (or 5th bedroom).

The tiled dinning room leads off the lounge and has a seperate enclosed patio with a water feature.

The kitchen is behind the dinning room, which has a double eye level oven, granite tops and plenty of cupbaord space.

At the back of the kitchen is a passage which houses the double door fridge, washing machine and tumble drier.

The third bedroom is enormous with BIC. It has a large sliding door leading onto the outside entertainment area. The bathroom-en-suite has a shower.

The large fourth bedroom is tiled adn the en-suite bathroom also has a shower.

There is a covered patio room overlooking the pool, it has been used as a games room or second lounge. There is also an outdoor guest toilet next to the patio room.

Upstairs

Upstairs is the main bedroom with a sliding door leading out onto a large wooden balcony with magnificent views of the dam. The tiled en-suite bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath as well as a shower, an air conditioner and a large walk in cupboard to complete the room

The second bedroom is also upstairs, with another sliding door onto the balcony, bathroom-en-suite with a walk in cupboard. This room has fitted blinds and an air conditioner.

Outside the main bedroom is a wooden floored, open plan room.

There are also two self-contained cottages on the property, measuring ±40sqm each, consisting of open plan bedroom, lounge, built in kitchenette and bathroom, fully tiled with patios and built in braais, as well as their own geysers. One of the cottages has an air conditioner, the other a ceiling fand and blinds throughout.

The 45sqm double garage has an extra high, automated garage door, ideal for the 4x4 enthusiast, there is also a double carport.

On the water's edge there is a 'double garage sized' boathouse, which has a built in counter (pub). The French door leasds on to a large wooden deck, great for entertaining. Attached to the deck is a steel jetty with enough room for 3 boats. There are also security gates at both sides of the boathouse.

This totally private house has excellent security, fully walled perimeter with an automated electronic gate, the pedestiran gate is linked to a video intercom from the main house, the alarm is linked up to armed response and 24 hour guardhouse for peace of mind.
